Patrick Wilson Gets in Bed with Girls

The now defunct show A Gifted Man's gifted man himself will be joining the casts of HBO's critically acclaimed comedy GIRLS in a multi episode arc as Hanna's new love interest. 

Patrick Wilson will play "a forty-something doctor who lives next door where Hanna works and becomes a potential love interest to Lena Dunham's character".

Does this mean the Hanna is officially over with Adam, as to what we've seen in the season 1 finale?  Or Wilson will just be a huge hindrance to the couple's moody love affair?

GIRLS season 2 is set to premiere on January 2013 only on HBO.

Jennifer Hudson will come to SMASH

Another American Idol alum joins the casts of SMASH.

Jennifer Hudson, season 3's 7th placer, has been reported to be joining the fun casts of SMASH for the show's second season.

The Oscar and Grammy winning actress/singer will appear in a multi-episode arc, and will play a "Tony winning Broadway star who's able to reach her dreams but unfortunately paid the price for it".

Hudson's character - Veronica - will affect the lives of Ivy and Karen... big time.

Is she a friend? or a foe?

Let's just hope that SMASH will not give too much focus on th guest stars department rather than improving  on their character and plot development.

Smash season 2 is set to premier on January 2013 on NBC.

Once Upon A Time promotes 2 New Regulars!

 The people of Storybrooke gets two more regular characters!

One Upon A Time recently announced that Emilie de Ravin and Meghan Ory are promoted as series regulars.

Emilie de Ravin plays Belle and we last saw her together with her love interest - Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold - as they bring magic to Storybrooke. 

On the other hand, Meghan Ory plays the hot waitress of Grandma's Diner and the fairy tale world's Red Riding Hood who alter egos as the big bad wolf.

Jersey Shore's very own DJ - PAULY D -  from Rhode Island is the first one of the casts to get his own spin-off show. Few weeks from now, Snooki and J-Woww's own spin-off will premiere, making them the second (and third) JS casts to have their own show.

The Pauly D Project. A reality show from MTV which features Pauly D, as he becomes a world class disc jockey in Las Vegas, together with his entourage/friends.

And you would've thought that there won't be that much drama in an all male casts? Well, you're wrong. The 30-minute show offers enough partying, fights, screaming, partying, smooching and partying. Oh wait, did I say partying?

She won last year, and taking the trophy one more time is not much of a surprise. Although her performance this third season was not as good as Modern Family's second one, the Emmy voters might give the award to her nonetheless. 

And who wouldn't want Julie Bowen as their mother? 

Sofia Vergara, MODERN FAMILY (ABC)

This hot Colombian momma has been receiving praises for her comedic skills in Modern Family ever since the show started.  The writers of the show may not be giving her that much, but Vergara's hot accent and awesome physique makes her one of the biggest contenders for this category.

Chuck's Yvonne Strahovski Joins Dexter Season 7

Kickin' ass news!

CHUCK's Yvonne Strahovski has been reported to be  joining the casts of DEXTER for the show's seventh season - to air on September 30, 2012.

The hot blonde Aussie, according to Showtime, is to play Hannah McKay, "a strong, independent woman with a past that she's struggled to put behind her. As a turn of events leads Miami Metro Homicide to ask for her help in solving some old cases, Dexter works with her and begins to wonder if there's more to this woman than she's professed."

Yvonne is set to appear in a multi-episode arc next season.  Good job, Sarah Walker!

Strahovski is not the only addition to Dexter season7. THE SHIELD's Matt Gerald will play a blue-collar violent criminal, and ROME's Ray Stevenson as a Russian mob boss.

Amy deserved this award ever since Parks started airing on TV. With an amazing and steady fourth season, Poehler's win is really not that impossible anymore.

The four infamous girls of Rosewood are back... together with their respective mothers and boyfriends. And of course, last season's admitted-psycho-bitch-slash-stalker A. 

The third season of ABC Family's teen thriller drama Pretty Little Liars is back for more drama, more make out sessions, more scheming, more lying, and more talking-in-the-dark shenanigan.  On the season two finale a few months back, it was revealed that Hannah's bff - Mona - is A. However, we also found out that Mona is not alone in the whole A-plan. There's an A Team and they are willing to ruin the lives of Spencer, Aria, Hanna and Emily. The finale ended with a shocking death - Emily's girlfriend, Maya, was found dead in her house. Was she murdered? or did she commit suicide?

Anna Gunn, BREAKING BAD (AMC)

Anna Gunn's performance in the fourth season of Breaking Bad was phenomenal. From being an annoying and whiny bitch, to a lying and enigmatic mofo, Gunn's acting deserves some attention from the Emmys. The men of Breaking Bad may have overshadowed her a lot of times, but after this season, Emmys will give some love to a woman.

Christina Hendricks, MAD MEN (AMC)

Hendricks - who plays Joan - is the kind of actress who is difficult to define. She may not get the attention taht she deserves, but Joan's change and growing storyline from Mad Men helps Christina Hendricks to get the Emmy nod she needs. Most especially after Episode 11 (The Other Woman), Christina is already a safe bet.

Critics' Choice Awards 2012 Nominees Revealed

The Critics' Choice Awards recently announced their set of nominees for the Award show on June 18, 2012. This is the guild's second Critics' Choice Awards night for Television.

NBC's Community got some love from the critics as it recieved the most number of nominations among their comedy competitors, meanwhile, Showtime's Homeland was able to prove its power as the only freshman drama to make it in the Best Drama Series category.

BREAKING BAD Season 5 Poster and Synopsis Revealed

July 15, 2012. The date we have all been waiting for. The first part of the fifth and final season of AMC's Breaking Bad airs on our television screens once again. 

AMC just released the Season 5 poster and synopsis of the show's final season. 

“No longer under the thumb of a mastermind criminal, Walt now assumes the role of one himself, as he and Jesse (Aaron Paul) look to build their own empire. Meanwhile, Skyler (Anna Gunn) struggles with the reality of her husband’s new role and Hank (Dean Norris) works to wrap up his investigation of Gus’ business.”

Aaron Paul, BREAKING BAD (AMC)

He's done it before, and he can do it again. Aaron Paul's 2010 win can be repeated 

once more. His portrayal as Jesse Pinkman was phenomenal. AH, Aaron deserves this award so much.

Breaking Bad was freakin' awesome this season, making him, the show, and Cranston the frontrunners

of Emmy 2012.

Peter Dinklage, GAME OF THRONES (HBO)

Last year's winner - Peter Dinklage - proved why he deserved that award on the recently concluded second season of HBO's Game of Thrones. His character is engaging, compelling and an easy fan favorite, however, it would be difficult for him to compete with this year's strongest competitors. Let's just say that he's lucky last year because Breaking Bad did not join the Emmys.

New Directions (Game of Thrones 2x10 Valar Morghulis Episode Review)

The Game of Thrones season 2 finale proved why this is the biggest (and strongest) HBO series right now. For 65 minutes, the episode took us to different points of Westeros (and outside) where all of our characters face some new roads they have to take. Aside from all of these, the season finale surprised us with what's to expect for the show's third run next year.

The episode also showed the management of HBO why they deserve a 13 to 15 episode pick up for the next seasons to come. 10 episodes are not enough to tell the vast and complex stories of the people of Westeros. On the season finale, we saw almost all of the characters of the show as they get a few minutes of screen time to show the viewers where they are as of now, and what to expect of them for season 3. 

From East to West (TOUCH 1x12 Gyre Episode Review)

TOUCH ended its freshman run using the same formula they've used through out the season, yet they added some spice to make the season finale episode more satisfying.

We saw different people, as usual, trying to do some things and by the end of the hour, their lives are connected. They also showed some familiar faces which appeared in the previous episodes already. Alongside with all of these, the battle for Martin's custody for his son Jake is still ongoing while he looks for the answers of the mystery behind Amelia and Aster Corp.

Chyler Leigh Breaks Her Silence

When the season 8 finale of Grey's Anatomy aired a few weeks ago, fans all over the world were devastated about Lexie Grey's sudden and sad death. 

Just recently, Chyler Leigh - the actress playing Lexie - broke her silence and explained her thoughts regarding her character's departure in the show.

Andy Samberg Leaves SNL

Another one bites the dust. A sad sad sad news for SNL fans like me.

Andy Samberg officially leaves Saturday Night Live after being on the live sketch show for 7 years.

"It's an incredibly emotional and strange moment in my life" Samberg told New York Times. 

Samberg is the second cast of SNL to officially exit the show this year, first was another vet Kristen Wiig. Rumours of the departures of Wiig, Samberg, and Sudeikis have been circulating around already since April. As of now, Jason Sudeikis' status in the show is still unknown.

Andy first joined the fun casts of Saturday Night Live on 2005. He became known for his 'SNL Digital Shorts' which garnered  7 Emmy nominations through its run. Furthermore, Samberg is a member of The Lonely Islands with Jorma Taccone and Akiva Schaffer. As of season 37, The Lonely Islands created 100 digital shorts.

Somewhere out there, Bryan Cranston is already preparing his thank-you speech when he wins the award for the fourth time. Mr. White is one of the most engaging characters I've ever watched on Television, and his portrayer - Cranston - is the one to be applaud to. 

He will win this award. Period.

Unless some weird voodoo happens.

Jon Hamm, MAD MEN (AMC)

Don Draper always gets what he wants... except the Emmys. Jon Hamm has been on the nominees list ever since Mad Men started, but he had never won. Well, his show - Mad Men - wins every year as the Most Outstanding Drama Series anyway. Jon Hamm plays Draper so well that he makes me want to smoke a lot and cheat on my girlfriend.

Words can't describe how much I want Breaking Bad to win this year. The fourth season of the said show was its best so far. Breaking Bad is, without a doubt, one of the best (if not the best) television series ever created in this planet.
